Why do You need a Detox Bath After An EESystem Session?
As your body’s cells return to their optimal electrical charge they want to push out all the toxins which have accumulated over time.
Spending time in a Detox Bath supports the body to release these toxins through the skin, taking the strain off the liver and kidneys.

Detox Bath Protocol
It is recommended that you take detox bath or foot soak within 24 hours of your EESystem session.
Pour 1 cup of EESystem Detox Salt Mixture into a bathtub of warm water and allow to dissolve.
Add any desired additional ingredients or essential oils to enhance your relaxation.
Soak for 20-30 minutes.
Maybe do a little gentle massage during the bath to aid the elimination process.
Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking lots of clear filtered water, fresh raw juices or herbal teas.
Include more fresh fruit and vegetables (preferably organic) into your diet to further support the detoxification process.
After your bath you may wish to use a magnesium oil spray or cream – this replenishes the magnesium in your body lost during the bath.
What If I Don’t Have a Bathtub?
You can still enjoy the benefits of an EESystem detox!
Either add 1/2-1 cup of salts to a foot bath and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.
Or mix the salt with water and a natural oil such as sesame, olive or macadamia nut oil and use this paste to massage your whole body in the shower.
After your foot bath or salt scrub massage you may wish to use a magnesium oil spray or cream.
